| Pricing is determined on a cake by cake basis, by the
complexity of the design.
Once you have determine
what the cake looks like and how many people you will
need to feed, an accurate price estimate will be given. |

| Cake Order |
| Wedding Cakes or Large Cake orders (over 75
people), please send the following information: |
- The date and time of your wedding or event
- How many people you will need to feed
- Phone number
- E-mail address

| We will contact you to schedule a
tasting/design appointment |

| Appointment |
| We will provide you with a sketch of your cake
and will give a cake sample to take home with you.
Design/tasting appointments are held for weddings and large
orders (over 75 people) only. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all appointments (payable by VISA,
AMEX, MC, and PayPal). The 50% deposit will be applied
to the cost of the cake during the appointment once an order
is placed. Smaller cake orders are taken over the
telephone and/or through e-mail. |

| Dietary Restrictions |
| For all Client Dietary Restrictions such as
sugar-free cakes / wheat and gluten-free cakes, please make
known during your private appointment. |

| Birthday or other Special Occasion Cakes |
Please submit the following:
- Date of the event
- Cake design (the more specific, the better)
- Pickup date or delivery
- Number of people you will need to feed
A price quote will be sent via e-mail.
All cake orders are by appointment only and are made to
order Fresh. Every cake is custom made to order from
start to finish. |

| Payment Policy |
| A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.
Orders are not confirmed until we have received your signed
contract and deposit, whether cash, check or credit card. |

| Cancellation |
| If your
order is cancelled more than 5 business days prior to the
event date, your
deposit will be returned in full. |
| There will be no refunds on cake orders cancelled within 5
business days of the event. |
| |
| Delivery |
| Delivery is available for wedding cakes and
cakes that require on-site assembly only.

| Delivery fees are calculated by distance traveled.
Longer deliveries are arranged and determined on a
cake-by-cake basis. |

Cakes that are not sensitive to transportation (and will be
traveling within 2 hours) can be picked up. We do
recommend clients self-transportation, especially if 3D or
structural elements are involved. Customers who
choose to travel distance with cakes do so at their own risk!
We do not ship out cakes.
