Dear Ms. Rawls,

I just wanted to thank you again for such providing such a memorable birthday cake for my daughter, Julie. She was genuinely surprised, and delighted with the detailing on her cake. The chef constructed a gorgeous, as well as delicious, creation. We all enjoyed slices of cake that day, as well as during the weekend.

Thanks also for delivering the cake. As you could see, work was ongoing in our unit, and the presentation made the morning very special. My grandchildren were delighted by the cookies, too, which were very thoughtful of you to bring for them.

We greatly appreciate the amazing cake and your wonderful service!
